Our Role

Try Shoppy (a service of Try Trade Solutions, a company registered and subject to all applicable taxes and regulations in Egypt) acts as a purchasing and shipping agent. We buy products on your behalf from the store you select and arrange international shipping and customs clearance to Egypt. We are not the manufacturer or retailer of the products you order.

Customer Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for selecting the correct product, size, color, and specifications from the store's own listing.
• We ship exactly what was received from the store — we are not responsible for sizing, fit, or color differences between the product photo and the physical item.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

Pricing

• Quoted prices are calculated based on item cost, international shipping, customs duties, and service fees at the time of the quote.
• Prices are subject to change before an order is confirmed and paid for.
• Once confirmed, the final price agreed with the customer will not change upon delivery, except where explicitly stated otherwise at confirmation time.
• A deposit is required for orders exceeding 10,000 EGP before purchase proceeds.

In summary: orders can be cancelled free of charge before the item is purchased; after purchase, cancellation carries a cost equivalent to approximately $5 USD covering return shipping; returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, expired, or materially not as described.

Customs

• All shipments are subject to Egyptian customs regulations, inspection, and duties.
• Any customs fee already included in your quoted price will not be charged again on delivery.
• Any additional government or customs charge that was not — and could not reasonably have been — included in the original quote is the customer’s responsibility.
• We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any item restricted or prohibited under Egyptian customs law. See our Restricted & Prohibited Items Policy.

Delivery Time & Delays

• Delivery estimates (typically 7–21 days) are approximate and depend on the store, international carrier, and customs processing time.
• We guarantee exact delivery dates as much as we can.
• Try Shoppy is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Liability

• We take reasonable care in packaging and handling every shipment.
• Liability for loss or damage occurring in transit is limited as set out in our Shipping Policy.
• If an order is not collected within 10 days of arrival in Egypt, it may be returned to the US at the customer’s expense, per our Shipping Policy.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse to process any order that violates Egyptian law, falls under our Restricted & Prohibited Items Policy, involves suspected fraud, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you of the available options or refund any amount already paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team before any other resolution process.
