How Shipping Works
- Once your order is confirmed, we purchase the item and ship it to our US collection facility, then consolidate and ship it internationally to Egypt.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–21 days from purchase confirmation, depending on the store, international carrier schedule, and customs processing.
- Delivery estimates are approximate but almost guaranteed.
Customs Clearance
Every shipment passes through Egyptian customs. Once your shipment clears customs, our local delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Collecting Your Order
If you do not collect your order or coordinate delivery within 10 days of its arrival in Egypt, and do not respond to our attempts to contact you, the order may be automatically returned to the US. Return shipping costs will be charged to you, and no new orders will be accepted until any outstanding balance is settled.
Packaging & Care
We take reasonable care in packaging every shipment to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If an item arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refund Policy for next steps.
كيف يعمل الشحن
- بمجرد تأكيد طلبك، نقوم بشراء المنتج وشحنه لمركز التجميع بأمريكا، ثم تجميعه وشحنه دوليًا لمصر.
- مدة التسليم التقديرية من 7 إلى 21 يوم من تأكيد الشراء، حسب المتجر وموعد شركة الشحن الدولية ووقت إجراءات الجمارك.
- مواعيد التسليم تقديرية لكن شبة مضمونة.
التخليص الجمركي
كل شحنة تمر عبر الجمارك المصرية. بمجرد تخليص شحنتك جمركيًا، سيتواصل شريك التوصيل المحلي معك لتنسيق موعد تسليم مناسب.
استلام طلبك
في حال عدم استلام الطلب أو تنسيق موعد التسليم خلال 10 أيام من وصوله لمصر، وعدم الاستجابة لمحاولات التواصل معك، قد يتم إرجاع الطلب تلقائيًا لأمريكا. تكلفة الشحن الراجع تكون على حساب العميل، ولن يتم قبول أي طلبات جديدة حتى تسوية أي مبلغ مستحق.
التغليف والعناية
نتخذ عناية معقولة في تغليف كل شحنة لتقليل خطر التلف أثناء النقل. لو وصل المنتج تالفًا، راجع سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد للخطوات التالية.
