Restricted & Prohibited Items Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Why This Policy Exists

Try Shoppy ships internationally into Egypt, so every order must comply with Egyptian customs law, international carrier regulations, and general import safety rules — regardless of whether an item is legal to sell at its store of origin. We are required to decline any order that falls under a restricted or prohibited category below.

Weapons & Dangerous Items

Cannabis & Related Products (Prohibited by Law)

E-Cigarettes & Vaping Products

Medical & Pharmaceutical Products

Biological Materials

Military & Police Items

Restricted Communication & Surveillance Devices

Live Animals, Plants & Fresh Food

Counterfeit & Protected Intellectual Property

Adult Products

Other Restricted Items

What Happens If You Send a Restricted Item Link

If a customer sends a link to a product in any category above, the order will be politely declined and the customer will be informed of the specific reason. This is a compliance requirement, not a case-by-case judgment call — we are not able to make exceptions.

A Note on Restricted (Not Fully Banned) Categories

Some items — such as certain communication devices — may require special documentation or government approval to import legally. Unless a customer can provide the required official approval in advance, we treat these the same as fully prohibited items.
