Before Purchase
Cancelling your order before the item is purchased is free of charge, with no obligation.
After Purchase
Cancelling after the item has been purchased carries a moral and contractual obligation to pay an amount equivalent to approximately $5 USD, covering the cost of returning the item to our US facility once it arrives there.
Deposits
For orders exceeding 10,000 EGP where a deposit was collected, the deposit is refunded in full if cancelled before purchase, or applied toward the return-shipping obligation above if cancelled after purchase.
How to Cancel
Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. Cancelling before purchase is always the lowest-cost option for the customer.

بالنسبة للطلبات التي تتجاوز 10,000 جنيه والتي تم تحصيل عربون لها، يتم استرداد العربون بالكامل في حال الإلغاء قبل الشراء، أو خصم تكلفة إعادة الشحن المذكورة أعلاه في حال الإلغاء بعد الشراء.
