When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is expired (where applicable, e.g. food or supplements).
• The item is materially not as described on the original store listing.

What Happens If a Return Is Approved

• The international shipping, customs duties, taxes, and service commission already incurred will be deducted.
• Only the item's original stated price (at the official bank exchange rate on the purchase date) is refunded, minus the above deductions.

Sizing & Fit

Non-Returnable Items

Used or non-returnable items (such as items purchased from eBay, or any listing marked non-returnable by the store) cannot be returned to us under any circumstance. Purchasing such items is entirely optional and at the customer’s own risk.
